The Xerox document center products have a complete solution that would fit the bill, they are a complete multifuction copiing, scanning, printing, and archiving. If your just looking for scanning however, try the HP digital sender as a possible solution, inexpensive and compact it doesn't have a lot of the bells and whistles of the document center scanning solution, but may provide you with what your looking for.
