Compression(259) = 10. SHORT
10: ITU-T Rec. T.43 representation, using ITU-T Rec. T.82 (JBIG) coding
Unencrypted this means: color JBIG. Note JBIG is not JBIG2.

Looking at the tiff.h header, I see that Adobe is using 8 for ZIP compression. Makes me wonder if they are using 10 for JBIG2 or JPEG2000, or some such.
Compression tag = value 10 appears to be lossless JPEG as proposed by the TIFF-FX committee.
