Is there a projected release date for a version of libtiff after v4.3.0?

I'm not a maintainer so this is only my 2 cents: probably not. See https://www.asmail.be/msg0055091211.html for example.

And I just noticed that the main website <http://www.simplesystems.org/libtiff/> mentions the following. :)
