Does anyone know for a fact that an open source author has been threatened by Unisys's laywers?

I don't know of anyone having been sought out by Unisys (doesn't mean it hasn't happened, though). I do know that those who have asked Unisys about it have been offered licensing terms that are completely unworkable/inappropriate for free software. Unisys clearly does not like free software and would be just as happy if all LZW support in free software went away. I think we should oblige them...
