Juergen and the group,

I am seeking a similar answer.

Rather than using available off-the-shelf or shareware image processing programs that do rotation (operator intervention with each image), I am seeking an algorithm which may determine the slope (or amount of rotation) in a TIFF and then C code which would unrotate the TIFF image by the corresponding amount. This would be used to batch process several thousand images.
