My much more modest wish would simply be to have a string ColorSpace tag, that names an externally-referenced color configuration.
Hmm. I have a memory of such a thing being proposed as an ICC enhancement,
but if so, I can't locate anything in published standards.
(Perhaps I'm confusing this with the charTargetTag allowing registration of characterization data with the ICC rather than including it in the profile.)
