I need to know if there is a standarized way to exchange CMYK++ ( where "++" means Pantone channels ) pages in TIFF/IT P1.

If I strictly follow the documentation there is no way to write the ink names or the Pantone values in a TIFF/IT tag.

The TIFF/IT-P1 specification doesn't allow more than 4 colors or ink names. You would have to write a TIFF/IT (non-P1) file.
