I don't see any messages newer than May 5, 2008 in the archive:

As the archive's FAQ at http://www.awaresystems.be/imaging/tiff/tml/faq.html says, messages are manually reviewed before being put online, mostly to keep threads in one piece. Apparently Joris hasn't been able to update the archive for a few weeks. I'm sure he'll catch up sometime soon.
