I feel mailing list members should stand up and take care of this. I don't know how, but that's what I was hoping could be discussed. Of course, you are right, it is not smart to discuss our options in public. But if we don't, how are we going to make sure action is taken at all?

By private email. All I was saying is that it might not be a good idea if those who own the domain now can read everything someone here may be planning to do. I'm offering to translate between German and English and I could send a message to that trademark / copyright newsgroup.
