Do you mean the ContigPutFunc's that say "XXX adjust fromskew"?  I've fixed
those in a derived work.  The reason that I never contributed the changes
is that they're wrapped up with some other "undesirable" differences, such
as floating point output instead of packed RGBA.

If it's what you want, I'll tease out the good parts and hand them off
for further testing.
