There was never a TIFF 7.0 spec.   The TIFF working committee dissolved into
political chaos while attempting to write a TIFF 7 spec.

Yes, the current spec. is TIFF 6.0 plus the 3 technotes.

No, there is no secret TIFF 7 spec.
