The one who registered that set of tags knows what was they purpose in
the first place.  If you are sure that those tags are intended for
Hylafax and still don't used for other purpose you can pick up the
unused one.

Sorry for delay with that report, but this is not a trivial issue and I
just should spend some time to dig into the problem, so I can't comment
on this right now. By the way, one of the menrioned bugs already fixed
(JPEG codec now works with the fax related tags too).
