I am interested in converting a tiled TIFF image to gif format.
The current PBM utilities do not read in tiled images. Has anyone
written a more general tifftopnm? Or a tiff2gif routine which will
read tiled TIFF images?
What's wrong using tiffcp -strips and then sending the result through
the PBM tools?
