Phillip, I thought I knew how to do this. The files I am having this problem on are those that are on a network drive. I do not have the problem on any other drive. I was going to try to unload and load the tiffimage library. I find that in my software this gets loaded automatically. How did you accomplish this not mapping process? Glg
