Hello, I have been reviewing the TIFF specifications on the Adobe site, and the documentation at www.reomotesensing.org <http://www.reomotesensing.org/> , and had a question - There is a technical note on the remotesensing.org site on the Tiff 6.0 spec at http://www.remotesensing.org/libtiff/TIFFTechNote2.html (dated 17-mar-95) discussing Sections 21 and 22 in the TIFF manual -- Section 22 material is NOT updated in the 6.0 version of the spec on the Adobe site (http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/tiff/TIFF6.pdf , last revisions seem to be in Sept 1995), but the material all appears in the Photoshop Tiff Technical Notes (http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/tiff/TIFFphotoshop.pdf). It didn't look to me like the elaboration of YCbCr images (suggested to be added to section 21) ever made it in to any of the 3 documents on the Adobe site - do you know anything about this? Does the libtiff codebase reflect the changes in the technical note? Can you speak to the status of this correction as a matter of usage in the creating and processing of TIFF files? Thank you.
