- is there an inofficial tag for focal length in the tiff format? the only thing I saw was TIFFTAG_PIXAR_FOVCOT that looks similar to a focal length, but couldn't find any information of how to use it. Focal length is a crucial information used in computer vision applications. - btw, I hacked the tif_getimage.c file to output 16 bits per sample RGB images. if anybody is interested, I can send a copy of the file.
