You can¹t get access to the layer data through LibTIFF.
No, there is no way.

Hey Thanks Bob and Chris,
I am aware of the Photoshop layer data but I need to get access to that within the TIFF file through LibTiff.
I was wondering how to do that, since LibTIff doesn't recognize the Tag that specifies this data.
Is there any way, or has someone done this already?
Thanks
