hello All,

I am new to this list and am not very experienced with graphics.

I need a c language routine that takes the x,y coordinate
of a pixel in a tiff image and returns the pixel value at
that location. Someone suggested Leffler's libtiff library, but
I did not see such a routine there.

Any help welcomed,
