With a private tag one could add anything to TIFF. Have never seen PDF with
sound in it.
Be glad to send you one if you want ;).
You can embed any sound format that QuickTime supports - including MP3! It's not a very common use for PDF today, but is becoming more popular as people use PDF as a multimedia vehicle.
