Hello Rob,

I thought off a minimalists approach, like tiffcp, tiffsplit, tiff2pdf 
in the area of libtiff on unix, not windows.

Its needed for a one time job of about 50.000 images, but a tiff 
rotating utility could be fine to have anyway.
