Paul, It depends on how libtiff is built whether it will support files larger than 2GB. As Bob mentions 3.7.4 is old, but I'm sure even 3.7.4 can support large files if built properly. It might be appropriate to contact whoever built the binaries about updating, and looking into how to build with large file support.
