Folks, I have committed changes that I believe correct the ABI problem: http://bugzilla.maptools.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1979 I have tested processing a file with 8bit unassociated alpha values, and that seems fine. But I don't have any 16bit files with/without associated alpha that I am aware of for testing. If anyone would like to try tiff2rgba in the 3.9 branch with 16bit files that might be helpful. Is anyone aware of any other serious issues with the 3.9 branch? If not, I'd like to produce a 3.9.0 release candidate for testing.
