That is suspicious, at the very least, especially with byte order issues in mind. If anyone can provide better information, please do so. Also, not being familiar with IPTC, my best description is 'metadata'. If anyone is more knowledgable and able to make a small list of most common/usefull fields in this metadata, that then describes the tag a lot better, or otherwise better define the tag, please let me know.
